Three Amazing and Innovative Home Tech Devices At CES 2020! The Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas was something to behold, and there is so much to share.
CES 2020, brought to you by Consumer Technology Association was HUGE. There were miles and miles of exhibits. However, I wanted to give you a quick summary of some of the things that really excited me. I hope that they excite you too.
RoomMe by Intellithings
We originally brought you the news that RoomMe had come to the market in September 2019. Intellithings developed RoomMe to figure out who was in the room. This means that your smart home devices will respond automatically based on your location in the home. Go to the kitchen certain lights and appliances would turn on. Go to another room, the lights would turn off, appliances would go to sleep, and the next room would respond to your needs. The RoomMe PLS device works by emitting a signal like an invisible cone down into the room. Once you pass through the cone (and wear a personal wearable like a smartwatch), the device will identify you can start your favorite music, turn on ambient lighting. No more commands. Just be present. Now integrated with Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa, Apple Homekit and the Samsung Galaxy Smartwatch. Get ready to hear more about Intellithings and RoomMe in 2020. You can buy one here from our Amazon Affiliate (we may make a proceed) here: https://amzn.to/2QXgfzN or straight from Intellithings here: https://bit.ly/36UX4fu. You will need at least two RoomMe PLS sensors to adequately detect leaving an entrance to the room of your choice.

HPBWave by HPB Hitech
Real, working Gesture Control! This company is finding ways of using your finger to control pretty much everything. Control your phone, radio, or BLENDER!, all with your hands and finger. No touching. Just gesture. Wind your finger clockwise to increase volume, counter-clockwise for turning the volume down. Swipe Right to advance, Swipe Left to reverse. Swipe Up to power on, Swipe Down to turn off. You had to see this. It worked so well. Check them out: http://www.hpbhitech.com/index.html. They even had a device called EZCare in a prototype that will sense your vitals as you lay in bed – the application is to take care of your infant, elderly or immobile. Really cool.
