Natsuki started out as a technician installing smart homes for people over a decade ago. After working for some of the biggest smart home companies in the US, Natsuki joined the team here at AutomateLife to share the knowledge that he has acquired over his career.

From installing smart homes, to eventually managing entire teams of people who were responsible for setting up and troubleshooting smart home tech issues, Natsuki has seen it all when it comes to problems with smart home products and how to solve them.
