There have been a ton of content out there on Google Duo regarding the number of people you can have on a single Duo Call on the Chrome Browser. At first, we were floored that you could get up to 8 people, then it became 12.
Well, now you can start welcoming your whole extended family on Google Duo. Google announced (via @sanazahari) will roll out capacity for 32 people on a single Duo call using your Chrome Browser using duo.google.com.

Google Duo will have 32 participants on all platforms very soon
We were able to ask Sanaz Ahari, Sr Director of Product & Design at Google, whether Google Duo will offer the 32-participant capacity to Android, iOS, and Smart Displays. Sanaz responded by saying that Google will be providing the 32 participant Duo calls to all platforms soon. They will begin ramping up in the next couple of weeks.
